Might be a virus idk

I've been having this problem lately with my pc... Sometimes when i alt tab out of counterstrike if i get an aim message or something or have to check vent, my computer just restarts...like screen ticks black then im in the bios and its restarting, wtf. any ideas?

Yea... I have a wonderful solution for you. Scan for viruses first of all... then, and here comes the really hard part, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE ON EXCEPT VENT AND CS WHILE YOU ARE PLAYING... That for one would solve the problem temporarily by not gettting IM's while you're playing and also it won't lag you while you're in-game also. PLUS... all those programs that you have running while you're playing, won't be taking up any of that neccesary CPU usage that you badly need while you're playing.

if that is still happening after you scanned your comp next best thing would be too be format ur Hard drive.
