counter strike 1.6 Hitboxes

Well this is the biggest complaint that i have about steam. Hitboxes are shit in steam, biggest reason for me dying is my shots dont hit but theirs do!

thats more of the server an registry than steam. but the betas were to easy you could jump and shoot someone in the head.

well i blame it on steam... it makes me feel better.

1.6 hitboxes are fucked up.. i hate steam i hate the registery.,. i hate it all after last night. 0-12 c'mon

walker your always 0 and 12... Hahah! but yea its registry from different servers. I know what you mean Trippa, its a pain in the ass when you shoot someone 12 times and he doesn't die, but instead turns and pops a cap in ur ass while your re-loading....

ive noticed that it has a lot to do with the servers but still... never had that problem before steam. also im going to look into some commands that might help with hitboxes or just shots registering... ill let you konw what i come up with.

definitely remeber 1.5 and pre-steam beta's registered like a champ. personally, i think counterstrike 1.5 was just a better game in general

i agree with ew i liked 1.5 more than 1.6

im thinking about getting CSpromod and seeing how that is.

does anyone have it? if you do, let me know what you think.

I got it when it first came out in beta and it looked cool but the physics were horrible. I'm sure they've been improving it though.

right now they only have out the beta 1.03 but i hear that they should be coming out with the beta 1.04 sometime this month... we will see what happens.
